Prometric and the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) have extended the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2009 till 8 December. CAT 2009 was scheduled to run for 10 days from 28 November to 7 December 2009. As part of our planned contingency, Prometric prepared the registration and scheduling system to accommodate volumes in excess of the projected number of candidates to ensure any additional demand can be fulfilled. The CAT 2009 has been extended to accommodate, within this year’s testing period, all the registered candidates to whom the test has yet to be delivered as scheduled.
